Shipping times may vary dependent on holidays, our own processing and demand, and/or any external factors that may include but are not limited to sickness, personal emergency matters, or our shop's temporary closure.

If at any point during waiting for your preorder you need your shipping address changed, please contact support@donutmoth.com immediately. If your item is shipping to the incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund!
