Where is my order/when will my order ship/why has my order not shipped yet?

Can you ship to the United Kingdom?

Due to VAT we cannot send merchandise to the UK. You can use a proxy through a US buyer and have them send your order to you as an alternative.

Currently, we are taking steps to bring UK shipping to Donut Moth in the future!

I moved/my address has changed/I entered the wrong shipping information!

If you had a change of address or put in the wrong info you can contact us through our contact form or by emailing support@donutmoth.com.

How long will it take for my order to get sent out?

1-2 weeks for domestic orders. Due to COVID and delays with USPS please expect packages to take a little longer to get to you.

International orders are typically 3-5 weeks. International orders may have more significant delays.

These estimated shipping times do not apply to items in "preorder" status.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is not a preorder item and has not been shipped out you can cancel it at anytime. 

Preorder items cannot be canceled/refunded.

I received my item and no longer want it, may I receive a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds or returns on items that have already been shipped and/or delivered.

I ordered a clothing item in the wrong size, may I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds or returns on clothing items. Please ensure you measure yourself accurately and utilize our sizing chart(s)!

My item was damaged/lost.

If your item was damaged/lost we can offer a replacement depending on item availability (domestic orders only), otherwise we can issue a refund.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are stolen/delivered to the wrong address.

When will you be restocking ___ item?

To keep up to date with item restocks feel free to click the "notify me when restocked" button on the item listing.

I have not received an order confirmation email.
