My item was damaged/lost/stolen/sent to the wrong address, how can you help me?
Once an item leaves our hands and is handed off to the post office, we will not be able to help you. Any items bought have a chance of getting lost, damaged, or stolen, and that is not something we can mitigate. Any purchasing of our items is an acknowledgement that once an item is shipped it is no longer our responsibility and we are not obligated to send a new item or provide a refund.
Where is my order/when will my order ship/why has my order not shipped yet?
We are only 2 people with full time jobs, more than likely it will take us a few days or up to a week to fulfill and ship your order. Please have patience with us.
Can you ship to the United Kingdom?
Due to VAT we cannot send merchandise to the UK.
I moved/my address has changed/I entered the wrong shipping information!
If you had a change of address or put in the wrong info you can contact us through our contact form or by emailing support@donutmoth.com. We will not be able to do anything once your item is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to get sent out?
1-2 weeks
Can I cancel my order?
No, once orders have been placed they will be immediately processed and fulfilled within 72 hours.
I received my item and no longer want it, may I receive a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds or returns on items that have already been shipped.I ordered a clothing item in the wrong size, may I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds or returns on clothing items. Please ensure you measure yourself accurately and utilize our sizing chart(s)!My item was damaged/lost.
If your item was damaged/lost, we cannot do anything about this. Due to this being a blowout sale, we will not longer be able to replace items. You may file a claim with USPS but that is all we can suggest.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are stolen/delivered to the wrong address.
Will you be restocking ___ item?
No.
I have not received an order confirmation email.
Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders! We will resend you a new confirmation email if you cannot find it in those folders.
